Failure to comply to blacklist + TOS will resolve in either a soft block or a permanent place in my blacklist.
TERMS OF SERVICE!
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES:
...Sell any of my designs to the people on my blacklist.
...Ever claim my art/design as yours.
...Trace my art. (YES, even when you own a character I designed or made art of.)
COMMISSIONS/CUSTOMS:
Payment must be sent before I complete the commission/custom.
No refunds if I have already started on the commission/custom.
I may complete and send a sketch before payment is received if that is your preference.
WIPS will be provided for your approval.
- prices may fluctuate depending on complexity.
ADOPTS/SELLING:
Payment must be sent before I send the adopt or character.
No refunds.
Never offer amounts you cannot afford.
HOLDS:
The maximum amount of time for holds is one week.
If payment is not received by the time alotted, the adopt/character will be put back on sale.
